Shipping costs will be calculated in the shopping cart depending on the number and type of products. You will be informed of all this before confirming your order.
Delivery of the order.
Once the order is confirmed, we will proceed with the shipment and home delivery.
Nuar Home makes all its shipments in a CERTIFIED way and urgently.

Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors that may arise such as a snowfall that hinders the journey, strike of the transport sector, poor channeling of the shipment by the agency, any failure that the agency may have when destining the shipment, theft of the merchandise on the way, delays due to puncture of the delivery car. Here are some examples. In any case we will work so that the package can arrive as soon as possible, in case of delays like these or similar.
Right of withdrawal of the consumer (return).
The customer has 15 days (from receipt of the package) to notify by mail or private message (social networks or whatsapp) the return or exchange.
When you receive the purchase at the specified delivery address. The buyer will have a period of seven (15) calendar days to return the order, in accordance with the provisions of Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade.
Returns will not be accepted after 15 calendar days from receipt of the order.
The processing of returns will be managed by phone or email.
Shipping costs will not be refunded. Likewise, the collection costs will be borne by the buyer.
In case of return, the item will be exchanged once the incident has been verified, within a maximum period of thirty days, and provided that the condition of the returned merchandise has been verified. When the buyer exercises the right of withdrawal, he must deliver the returned product in perfect condition, closed and with its original packaging.
- The return may not take place in any case if the products were manifestly the object of use, except for products with a manufacturing defect. They must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
- Returns that are not accompanied by the original Nuar Home invoice or purchase ticket will not be accepted.
- The buyer must send the product or products back to our facilities in Carretera de Ronda, 42 Vera (Spain) Almería.
In the event that the customer receives the product in poor condition due to transport, it will be replaced in a maximum of 5 working days, unless said product is out of stock. For this it is essential to notify the delivery person at the time of delivery that the package has signs of poor condition.
If the return is requested due to a poor condition of the product, the transport of the same will be borne by Nuar Home. Once the product or products have been received, the money will be returned through bank transfer or replaced by other products if the customer prefers. The bank transfer will be made within a period of no more than 7 days after receiving the item or items to be returned.
In no case will the amount of the purchase be paid, until the perfect condition of the merchandise is verified.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal.
There is no right of withdrawal, among other things, in the case of contracts for:
- The supply of sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are therefore not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
In case of receiving a broken or spoiled merchandise you have 24 working hours from the moment you receive the package to communicate it to us. In addition, it is preferable that you communicate this to the courier at the time of receiving the package.
